COMMON QUESTIONS

What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 10 banked credits. This lets you save up for longer stays like vacations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the app or contact us. Your membership stays active through the end of your billing period, and remaining credits can be used until then.
What if I need more than 5 nights?
Extra nights beyond your credits are billed at 20% off — just $60/night instead of $75. You can also use banked credits from previous months.
Is this for any dog?
All dogs are welcome. New boarding clients will complete a quick intake form on their first visit. Training graduates get the same great rate and perks.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid as long as your membership is active. Banked credits are capped at 10. If you cancel, remaining credits are available until the end of your billing period.
